Administrator Applications​

Cancel a payment enrollment​

You can now cancel a payment enrollment directly from its detail view when it's no longer needed.

  • Cancel Auto Pay, Pay by Text, or Recurring enrollments from the enrollment detail page, with a confirmation step that summarizes the enrollment's type, payer, account, and payment method before you proceed.
  • Previously processed payments are not affected by a cancellation.
  • Once canceled, the enrollment shows a Canceled status in both the enrollment list and detail view, and the cancellation is recorded in the enrollment's activity history.
  • If a cancellation attempt fails, no changes are made to the enrollment and you can try again or close the dialog to keep it as is.

We've improved accessibility for the Payment enrollments menu in Payments Implementation Admin, making it easier to navigate and use with assistive technologies.

Mark a payments batch as closed​

Internal implementation users can now mark an open payments batch as closed directly, so a batch that missed its scheduled close doesn't have to wait for the next one.

  • A new Mark as closed action on the batch detail page opens a confirmation dialog showing the batch's ID, close date, and amount so users can confirm they're closing the right batch.
  • Confirming closes the batch and notifies the source system; the batch detail page and Batches list immediately reflect the Closed status and close date.
  • If the source system can't be notified, the payments batch is still closed and the dialog clearly explains that partial outcome rather than showing it as a failed action, so users know to close the batch in the source system themselves if needed.
  • If the request can't be submitted at all, the batch stays Open and the dialog shows a clear error message.

We've reviewed the Batches menu and all its actions for accessibility compliance and resolved the issues we found, making it easier to navigate and use with assistive technologies like screen readers and keyboard navigation.

Groups tab for the workspace​

Payments Administration now includes a Groups tab for the workspace, giving you a way to review and manage access at the group level instead of user by user.

  • The new Groups tab, alongside Users, shows every group assigned to the workspace along with its member count and role (Administrator, Limited, or Viewer).
  • Selecting a group opens its details page, where role and access scope can be reviewed.
  • Familiar actions like adding a new user and assigning groups are available directly from this tab.
  • If no groups have been assigned yet, a helpful empty state guides you to assign groups rather than showing a blank table.
  • If the group list can't be loaded, a clear error message with a retry option is shown instead of the table.

Filter orders by merchant hierarchy​

You can now filter the Orders list by merchant hierarchy in the Advanced search panel on Payments Platform Admin.

  • Expand and select from a tree of merchants and services, choosing multiple entries at once, then apply the filter to narrow the Orders list to just those results.
  • The tree only shows the merchants and services you have access to, so you always see a view scoped to your permissions.
  • A filter chip shows how many merchant hierarchy nodes you've selected; click the chip to review or adjust your selection, or click its X to clear it.
  • If the merchant hierarchy fails to load, you'll see a clear error message and can still use the rest of the advanced search filters without losing your other selections.
